I can't change the type of unlock the phone from pattern to swipe. It is said that it is disabled by administrator,encryption policy or credential storage.

Settings > security > clear credentials

do you have an antivirus app?

I have AVG protection preinstaled on the phone and that's all.

I don't remember to encrypt the phone but i guess it is encrypt.

Hi,

Did you try @uliwoolys suggestion by clearing credential storage? If your phone is encrypted, you should be able to see this via Settings > Security > Encryption, it should say "Encrypted".

If its encrypted you need a password.
