Service state -Voice: Radio off — Data: Radio off

Was at the beach today while using my phone I lost signal but was thinking it's because of poor network , since I lost signal at the beach I could'nt get it back and it's now 7 hours , and I now realized that it's not charging anymore ; I'm now desparate because I don't know what to do ? I did Factory reset twice but that didn't solve it RADIO is still off for both cellular and data

Any solution before I sent it to sony?

Oh, okay. There's a another code *#*#7378423#*#* where you have more Settings. I recommed you to reset you phone after saving important Data with the PCC (PC Companion). Then after saving and resetting, the antenna and hardware will reboot again.

I tried *#*#7378423#*#*, and Clicked on Service Settings, and I see that the network Mode is grey so i cant click on it. then I triedService Tests, adn clicked on Antenna RX diversity, and all tests failed.

Oh okay, so I think you still have Android 5.0.2. In anyway, did you reset the phone?

I just reset and the issue is not resolved.

That is not good to hear. In anyway, contact your coustomer local care of Sony. Your Xperia still should have a warranty.

I am having the exact same issue. Xperia Z3 D6603 was in my car while I was at work (February in England so great not an issue). Checked my phone at lunch and had no signal. Thought it was the network so checked again once I got home. Still no signal and after checking the test mode settings I saw that it said "Radio Off". I'm unable to turn on. Phone was not dropped or submerged.

Seems like a factory defect based on the number of posts I've seen with this exact same issue.

HI there. I am having the exact same issue. Did you manage to figure out how to solve the problem. Please let me know, I'm getting desperate to fix my phone.

Nope, I end up taking it to phone house and added more money for Samsung Galaxy s6

You need to rehot or reball and finally change the baseband ic. I had the same problem and solved by rehoting the ic.
