Was at the beach today while using my phone I lost signal but was thinking it's because of poor network , since I lost signal at the beach I could'nt get it back and it's now 7 hours , and I now realized that it's not charging anymore ; I'm now desparate because I don't know what to do ? I did Factory reset twice but that didn't solve it RADIO is still off for both cellular and data

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
If that fails then I'm sorry to hear this but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
I know about the companion App but the my PC refuse to detect the phone , I think I've to send it back and see what can be done ...

Nope , But anyway it looks like there no solution to this and Sony don't take care of this , according to many online forums people having Radio cellular/data OFF and Sony's is rejecting to repair there phones
You should contact your local Xperia care center and get your phone inspected, don't assume that all situations are the same
Yes it did but now having some reboot issues / charging too , will give it 3 days without use and see what will happen
