Setting SD card as default camera location

How do I set my z3 compact so that my pics and vids save straight to SD card? I get a message appearing after about two pics saying storage full, move to SD, which I do. It's annoying though, can't SD be default location?

Cancel that, found it. Every time I tried previously a few months back, it said it didn't have permission or something....... I remember reading android had prevented apps writing to SD card so assumed it was related to this. 

Seems to be fine now so no idea why it didn't work previously.....

It'll be wise to clear the cache 

settings > storage > clear cache also 

settings > apps > menu > sort by > size > wait > wait > wait > tap on the top apps > storage > clear data > repeat as needed.
