Does anyone know how to unlock my phone because i have entered 5 times wrong PIN i thought i have to put SIM PIN any one or SONY help me Please

The counter cannot be reset.You should check your network but I doubt they will be able to do it.

A hard lock means just that - It can't be undone

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

In the event that the device is locked completely, the device would need to be sent through to one of our repair agents, they would need to perform a reset on the device to allow the Network unlock code to be entered again.
