I have a Sony Xperia Z5 compact that has worked well the 1.5 months I have had it. But the last few days I am having issues with it.
When people are phoning me, I can hear it ring once, and then it rejects it. The people phoning all say they get told that the phone is busy on another line and are being sent directly to voice mail.
This problem has been ongoing the past 4 days. I receive about 1 in every 20 phone calls.
I have tried to change from 4G to 3G and to GSM, but that did not work.
I have tried starting the phone in safe mode, but that did not help.
I have tried factory reset, this did not help either.
I have taken out the SIM card and added it again. This did not help either.
I hope someone can help me.

Hi, I managed to sort this out today at work.
It was my office phone that suddenly was linked to my cell phone and it had started to go in a loop.
IT department pushed one button and it was sorted.
you might need a new nano SIM card bc it seems that the issue its network based.
It is a Nano SIM and it is 1 years old.
I have tried restarting into safe mode, but people could still not reach me.
could you try a different SIM card with your phone ? perhaps borrow one and then ask ppl to call you.
