Unable to place calls due to flight mode even though it isn't enabled

Hello there. I really need your pro advice on what I should do to fix my Xperia z3 issue. I just got my Xperia z3 about 2 weeks ago and it was running good until now. The problem is I don't receive any strong signal like before, right now I don't received any signal at all and when I make a call a pop up message comes on it says 'to make a call you have to turn off the flight mode' but the flight mode is off. I rest and restarted my phone but nothing changed. so please can you help me.

That seems like a hardware issue. You could.

1. Repair your phone with PC Companion.
2. Contact your network.
3. Contact your local xperia support.
4. The sim card might have to be replaced.

I'd suggest that you test your phone in safe mode first of all. If it still won't work then you should proceed with the software repair using PC Companion as suggested by Phy.
