video recording quits with overheat message

Consulted official service centre Mumbai,India several times for this problem....The service centre people are not able to fix this issue and they argues that this is the inbuilt capability of this smart phone to protect over heating.....i wonder what is the use of purchasing a highly expensive phone like this if it cannot record video for mere 5 minuites
