Well, compared to the camera on the back the front facing camera will not look as good as it won't perform as well. Could you please post some example pictures?

If you are on a phone > scroll to the bottom > tap on Full 

or easier you could

It's normal. Even Z3 do that but a little less. Deal with it 😛
