Why Sony Mobile work with Teleservice in Turkey?

Hi @Viyosan, is Teleservice the name of the authorized Sony Service center in Turkey? I am sorry to say that I do not have market specific service routine information as this is a Global user based forum. Have you tried getting in touch with your Local support team to see if they may know more?

Yes, it is the main Sony service center in Turkey and they are the worst service I have ever seen. They have to fix your problem but they can't fix your problem and they give you more problems. I send e-mail to Sony about this but no one cares. So I wrote this forum. Sony has to check Turkey services...

I am sorry to say but it's very difficult for me as it concerns your local market, and I am based in the Nordics so I can't assist you on a local level. I know that you have been in touch with your Local support team regarding this already, but I am afraid that it is the best way to raise your concern when it comes to local cases such as this.
