Xperia care registered phone

I already registered my phone in July/August 2014. When I today visited Xperia Care I found:

My Devices: Xperia Z1 Compact

IMEI: missing IMEI

out of Garantee

Software: no information

How to put the IMEI No in to show the time for garantee?

just a few seconds after I posted, I received a link by mail from Xperia Care, where to be filled by IMEI and purchase date.

After this, all works fine.
