xperia z dead ???

i was told by my pc an update was available , put my usb cabble in pc now my phone is DEAD :smileycry::smileycry::smileycry:  wont even boot up ??????

any ideas anyone :smileysad::smileysad::smileysad:

I assume you were using PCC for this update process which can take up to an hour, you may have interupted the process when it was writing to the phone

Download SUS (sony update service) and perform a repair, the phone is off during the repair process - just follow the instructions and do it asap while you still have battery

the pc told me unable to continue with update ,,,, i cant turn phone on to do anything ?

ok so do as I suggested above and report back - SUS does not require the phone to be on but does require some battery

I would like to do the repair but then i will lose all the data stored; what am I supposed to do? As soon as I try to charge the battery, the red led goes on and after 5 seconds  the Sony Icon appears and the phone shuts off. This will happen again and again as long the Xperia Z is charging. ?? Please help! -It all started during an upate.

My phone just never woke up for about a month ago and untill now its completely dead, and it cannot be detected by pc companion, Will SUS work??
