Hi,

Even though, Stamina and Low battery modes are off, Mobile data traffic is checked and VIBER’s Wi-Fi sleep policy is “Always connected”, the phone (C6603) doesn’t receive Viber nor FB calls and notifications when screen is locked. The Android version is 4.4.4 – last available as well as Viber version. It’s extremely bothering, is there working solution?

Are you certain that stamina mode its off? any other battery apps? are you using a thirdparty lockscreen app?

Stamina mode is OFF, no battery nor lock screen apps are used. I'm able to provide pics if is necessary .

Do you have any taskillers? antivirus? battery apps? ram apps? etc

None of these is used.

I've read in some forums I'm not the only one with this problem. The other guys mentioned same happen even with FB, Skype, etc.

if facebook was preloaded boot on safe mode and check again.

if nothing works then repair your phone with PCC and do NOT install any other app just whatsapp and facebook, uninstall any antivirus app and report back.

It looks like the problem was Stamina mode. Even after disabling it, the didn't respond on Viber, FB and Skype notifications. Fortunately, after Safe mode and than normal boot it works stably. Thanks for your Support!
