This problem happened  after failed updating by pcc .

When I plug-in charger,  the red light turn on and the phone start nunnig it  self but not completely just the sony logo shows then reboot it self.and continuously rebooting that way.

* I tried to fix it by pcc and sus but update was faild becuase it said you must charg the the phone.

You first need to shut it down.

Press and hold the power button + Volume Up button for

10 Seconds > ( 3 Vibrations ) Force shutdown

Then use only SUS to reinstall the software.

I'd recommend a very high speed internet connection to update your phone, because your phone looses battery continuously during the update while connected to PC.

Hi Nabeel,

Pressing POWER + Volume up does not stop the problem on my phone. It is continuasly rebooting even after pressing the buttons. Must I ignore this and leave my phone connected to my computer? It has been connected to the computer for an 1.5 hours but my PC companion still does not see that my phone is connected. What else can I do now?
