Xperia Z touchscreen issue

I experienced a big issue with Xperia Z touchscreen today. When I touch the screen in a single point, many "clicks" are send to the system in the same horizontal row. For example in phone application when I try to press "5" button, also 4 and 6 appear on the screen randomly. It makes my phone completely unusable. Is is a system error or hardware issue? What should I do to make it working?

Do you have an extra protective film and/or protective case

It turned out that problem was caused by a charger. When phone was connected to that charger it was going crazy. It works well with other chargers.
