Hello. First time poster here. I am looking for information or tips about an issue with an Xperia Z Ultra. The phone is no longer reading the Sim card therefore cannot connect to a network although it is still detecting it's presence. There is no damage to the card or the tray. It simply has stopped working. The phone is less than two years old and is in perfect condition otherwise.
