Z5c Don't start after shutdown and 4 Flashing red led?

I have a worry with my Z5C

Can not restart after shutdown In fact when I plug it on a power cord I have the sony logo that appears, and then it goes out, and I have the red led that  4 flashing times then I have again sony screen Then its storn etc ... and it stops more it does not take charge!

I try  with flastool by following the tutorial but it does not change it always does the same thing

I pass but nothing to change at the start !!

And pccompagnion does not want to install on my computer .... If you have a solution?

Y try 120 seconde off power button but nothing

Today I handed a Windows distribution on my computer to install xperia compagnio. So I had the phone repaired It took 1h30 and at the end he told me it's all right And start the phone I execute and always the same! !! It has not changed I have the logo sony that appears then nothing Then red LED flashes 4 times then it starts again with mz logo sony. ... If you have a solution? Thank you

Try removing the SD Card if you have one installed, then re-boot, if this works you may have to delete the "ANDROID" folder on the SD CARD before re-installing it
