KDL-40RD453 picture settings

hi the home button on the remote to get to settings works on digital channels but not when I press it with sky on screen.

i need to adjust picture setting for sky as parts of people's faces on some broadcasts turns the skin to a ginger looking colour.

can anyone help please?
