KDL42W805 3D Active Glasses

Can I use the 3D active glasses with a Sony Bravia KDL42W805, I've Chechen various places but can't get a definitive answer

Hi there

The W805 is a Passive 3D TV.  Therefore Active glasses will not work, as the technology is not inter-changable.

By the way, passive glasses are far more cheaper than the active ones, you can even use the ones that you get at cinemas
