Am I thick or can I just not see re: where to send my VAIO for repair
The title says it all. My keyboard won't operate properly (all odd numbers & letter 'o' don't work) . I want to send it back fo repair and I can't find out an address on the Vaio-link website anyone help??? cheers Frank
Contact Info for Sony Support.. However, have you tried turning off Num Lk (to the right of the F12 key) - this is the usual cause of the problem that you report.
