Button probloms

Hi,
I am very disapointed about sony laptop, wich I bouth 3 months ego.
It is VGN fe21h
Laptop is wortking everything is perfect but these buttons I mean set valume - and + is realy crap because I strash them is no + or - sign just black plastic. Please Help me if u know how to change and where I can order new buttons.

i had the same problem!i couldnt believe the place so cheap buttons and they got scratched without even being forced!really unbelievable situation!i dont think they can be changed!!!if you find out something please announce me

hi im 13 and i had my laptop and it was £1300
but it stopped working recently i had it repaired and found out that the buttons had been replaced with new ones
The buttons are rubbish

i think the good thing is the buttons to be replaced in a easy way and not to be opened!i couldnt believe that they used such a crap material!!!
