Connecting Vaio to TV

Hi All,

I have Sony Vaio VGN-FS215Z Laptop and i am trying to connect my Laptop to Sony TV. I have connected the SVideo to Video and Audio port to TV audio sockets. I am unable to see any image on the TV in AV1/AV2 and AV3.

My friend after his investigation told me that nVidia Control Panel is missing from where i can select the multiple display options. Can anyone suggests me what to do and if i need to have nVidia Control Panel software, where should i get. I have searched nVidia site for this

Please help me.

Hi utla and welcome to Club Vaio.

I think the s-video, composite video and audio ports on your FS215Z are only INPUTS designed for connecting a VCR or camcorder. I don't think they are capable of giving an output signal.

i am also facing the problem.
So, does that mean that I will not be able to view output on TV ?

Hi rajeev26680,

Welcome to Club vaio,

The purpose of the TV tuner card is to allow you to watch TV on your FS215Z..
