E-support problem

I registered my VAIO laptop at club-vaio, as they said i will receive a confirmation email which contains a link can active my e-support account, but only email i got is link to vaio-link, there is no activation link for e-support, anyone know what's wrong?

eSupport has not been working for a long time now. Try again in a few hours to see if the problem is resolved.

In the meantime try ringing Sony (visit VAIO-Link and click Contact Information) to get a phone number. Don't bother ringing them until 8am unless you want to leave a message with a computer answerphone. Tell them you have a problem with eSupport and hopefully they will take care of the problem there and then.

To speed the process up have your VAIO serial number to hand before you call (use Sony Notebook Setup or look on the underside of your VAIO).
