Laptop Shut down please help

Hi Guys

Again im stressing with my laptop and find the need to pick your brains for help.

Youve all been great in the past

Basically my problem is this
Everytime i shut down my laptop i get a 'NO Title' program not responding and asking to be shut down and a 'ccApp' , not responding and asking to be ended.

So basically i cannot leave my laptop to shut down on its own anymore, this happens everytime.... sometimes even after i end program on these the laptop does still not shut down and the only way i can get it off is to pull the battery out.
Any help on this matter would be a help, i do not know what these programs are ....

This used to happen to me until I uninstalled Norton AntiVirus
