Unfortunately if you have deleted the recovery partition you only have two options:

1. Call Sony on their support no on website to order a set of recovery discs 4 which they do charge an extortionate amount. You cannot order these online! How dumb is that. Also if your Sony is out of warranty ie more than 1yr old you have to ring a Premium no 0905.... (its on the website) again Sony screwing the customer for no apparent reason, otherwise its an 0870 number (if in UK)

2. See if you can locate anyone else with exactly the same model as yours and ask them to burn a set of recovery discs, ocassionally a seller on ebay who is listing the same model may assist if you ask them nicely and offer to pay them a nominal sum for their time ie £10

If all these fail you can always just clean instal a retail version of Windows 7 or other operating system and then download the relevant drivers for your model from the Sony website, however this is a time consuming task and doesn't guarantee all bits of your laptop will function properly eg volume buttons / webcam

Hope that helps
