quickweb setup

i have recently changed my broadband provider,after doing this i went to use my quick web button,i tryed conecting to my new wireless network got as far as entering my password but none of my letters on my keypad would work help

Do you have anything plugged into a USB Port?  A Wireless mouse perhaps?  USB is not compatible with Quick Web Access.

Try removing it and try again.
