Screen is shaking weirdly

Hi,
It's one or two months that I'm experiencing a weird problem with my video.
After 3-4 days of uptime the screen begins to shake. The strange thing is that only the part of the screen below an orizzontally line shakes. This line is about at 1/3 of the monitor.
This problem affects the bios' screen, the boot's screen and Windows and Linux too.
I've tried to play a bit with the refresh rate, but it doesn't help! I use the nvidia driver and it's ok.
The only way to bring the computer to it's normal state it's to halt it at let it rest for 1-2 hours.
I don't know why it's happening, when it happens, anf what it is.
I've tried also to keep the computer to a constant temperature (40-43 C°) but after 2-3 days it begans.
If I don't halt the computer, the screen, after a while (2-3 hours?), it becomes white-grey, the image is like fog.
What to do? What to do?
This is my system:
Sony VAIO PCG-GRT995MP
VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV17 [GeForce4 420 Go] (rev a3)

I've tried to create an account in the e-support but I get this:
" Your email address could not be found in our database. Please check whether your email address is correctly spelled."
But I've filled the right email!

Please help

Thats definately a hardware problem, which needs looking at.
Call E-Support on Monday.

In the external monitor there isn't this problem!!!
So I think that it is related to the LCD. (The computer is a notebook)
It's really frustrating
