USB doesn't work FE21B

Hi everyone!
I have just recently bought new vaio FE21B. I bought it in Germany and becouse I am from Slovenia I put english windows on. But now I'm experiencing problems with USB. The computer doesn't seem to recognize my mouse or even USB key. What should I do?

USB is native to Windows, but you should install all the utilities so that we can rule the power issue out

Power is definitly in the USB becouse when I put USB light in, the light is working.

Any yellow exclaimation marks in Device Manager?

Only Mass Storage Controller is under question.

Uninstall that and reboot

Still no change. But when I come back to windows it(mass storage controller) appears again under device manager(yellow question mark).

When I run VAIO Hardware Diagnostics-USB test it says: There may be a problem with your USB device on the PC. But the device(mause) is working perfectly on different computer.
