I bought a Vaio PCG-K115B notebook in May 2004, and I have to say Im delighted both by the notebook itself and Sony Support (by phone and by Vaio Link).
I did have a problem with the QSI CDRW/DVD Combi Drive, it played CD Audio disks but not that well, but that was fixed with a BIOS upgrade and the QSI SBW242U US05 firmware upgrade.
Congratulations Sony for making some of the best Notebooks ever!:smileygrin:
