I have bought a vgn 11m on february. From the firts time it shut down when I was trying the screensavers. then, i saw flashes on the screen on battery use
-impossibility to set the brightness of the screen from desktop-
preferences- vaio power management: if I set the level on six the notebook
changes it as it wants. same things from the keyboard. and it shuts down.
sony changed me the notebook with a vgn fe21m after two months without the notebook.
now I have the same problems only on battery use, the only thing that goes better is that it does not shut down.
I can ask back the money from the italian shop where I bought it and buy another notebook, or use another time the assistence and a new substitution will be done as they told me. but I do not know what to do. has anyone some suggestions?
