Backup Xperia 1

Hi I changed from Sony Xperia compact and backed up my apps etc. Unfortunately when I try to bring in apps it says photos, messages, WhatsApp etc say waiting I have got phone for 4 day's now and only contacts have come through. No guru in O2 to help. Can anyone advise please.

Hi @Louise77  and welcome to the community.

Since you can´t backup a file from Xperia Compact to restore it on Xperia 1, all the accounts must be sync in the cloud and by they servers. So, before you moved to Xperia Compact did you made a backup in the WhatsApp app?
