Xperia 1 II - HELP! Rattle from bottom 5th of phone. camera also rattles when used and when not.
Basically, I am growing to love this phone.
I wasn't immediately blown away but I do love it, but today I've noticed the bottom portion of the phone rattles and if you tap it or place it down the noise the phone makes is quite unsettling.
the camera also rattles when being used and when not.
Any ideas? I would love for it to be a noiseless phone so it backs up the premium feel, cant help but feel like there are components rattling around on the inside of the phone.

I'll try ... However, I found another interesting thing, when the camera is active, there is no more clicking/rattle...

In this case, the cause of noise is the camera stabilizer. When it is not active, the lens part suspended from the electromagnets bolts freely.

So, is it a bug or a feature of the camera ?

Nooice, @Pavel.i is it supposed to be hanging though? and to what degree do we know if the stabilizer is completely loose or just the right amount?

My 5.2 phone is in service and I can't check. If you shake the off camera with the stabilized sensor unit (Sony, Olympus, Panasonic ...) , you will hear a knock. I assume that the cause of the noise is similar, i.e. this is a variant of the norm.

However, it is enough to tell if they have the same model and the same "problem".
(The camera works perfectly fine, the question of whether it will not affect the function over time ...)
BTW:
It can be the same as with the "cause" of the sensitivity of the proximity sensor ... Everyone must have the problem, but few people will hear or somehow do not perceive it, in other words, they do not care ...

There are many problems ... I am waiting for an answer from Sony's service on my problem. Let's see if Sony considers such flaws to be the norm. https://community.sony.ru/t5/xperia-5/wrong-color-of-xperia-5-ii-display/m-p/3721269#M1434

The problem is that SONY Mobile has no warranty service in our country and it has to be sent to another country ... So I'm more really interested in whether or not this is a problem in terms of longer use. (Or whether someone has the same problem, because as I wrote to the phone, I behaved very gently.)
Because I want to avoid RMA.
