I ordered a VG-C77AM from one of the approved retailers and wanted to enter the claim.
Site refuses to accept my serial number with the message it should be 7 chars, but the item has an 8 char SN.
How can this be resolved ? Obviously with Christmas period coming up and usual delays, is this a ploy to make us miss the claim window

fixed - for anyone else having this issue - drop the character that is contained in the SN - only use the digits.
