Unable to open ARW files on Sony A7 Mark 3 camera.

Hi,

I have bought a sony A7 Mark 3 camaera and tken my first RAW images. I cannot open any of them in Adobe Elements 2018. Please could anyone advise what to do?

Hi David

You probably just need to get the latest version of Camera Raw.

In Photoshop Elements 2018 editor go to Help>Updates to get the Camera Raw 10.1 update, which should let you open your A7iii files.
