Android 6 (Marshmallow) on 2015/2016 TV's?

Hello.

 

During CES I heard a news that Sony will bring Android 6 (Marshmallow) to the 2015 TV lineup.

These news are from January.

Had anyone heard something new about this?

Sony support said they would call me back but that was 3 days ago.

Sony has the worst support I've ever known. Don't buy there android TVs.

Wow... Strangely iv had Sony surport calle back almost every other day for surport with my issue.

That being external Hardisk being Un-mounted after 1 day or a few days.

Apparently Sony surport has informed me that they have indeed had enough reports regarding this issue or enough of a percentage to take this matter very seriously now....

I will take this with a pinch of salt as we all know how Sony are..

But at least they are making the effort with me on this case.

I did say to Sony it does not just help me it will help everyone else with the same issues I.e Sony community forum.

Some of you may have noticed that this thread has been 'unpinned' (de-stickied?).  It wont be locked however.

Why would it be locked? Sony has not fixed anything since the day it was released.

This has been discussed before ALWAYS do a hard reset at night solves a
multitude of errors .



TVs should not be left in standby (fire hazard).
