KD-43xf connectivity issues

Hi

Recently purchased Sony KD43XF Android TV and despite factory reset the connectivity speed is extremely slow!  

I have a cat6e Lan connection directly into the TV but only receiving 30% of my available broadband speed.

I have tested the cable and there are no issues.

I have also tested the speed via WiFi and still get the same problem.

I can only assume there is an issue with the network card in the TV.

Help will be appreciated before I send the TV back to the store!

30% of your broadband alone doens't mean anything... Which is the speed you get? Bear in mind that the ethernet card of your tv is a 10/100Mbps so if, let say, you have a gigabit broadband you may expect max 10% of the available speed.

Another issue could be the way you measure it, if you use i.e. speedtest by Okla on the Tv browser it'll show a lower speed due to the applet itself rather than the physical connection. 

All this things in any case are only meaningful if you have actual problem with real streaming, keeping in mind that Netlix at maximum resolution uses 15 Mbps and Amazon less the 30 Mbps. Some youtube video may arrive to 40. Nothing more than this on the internet.
