Hi guys, Every day through out the evening whilst watching TV, It keeps saying TV is not connected to the internet then a couple of minutes later it reconnects. I have checked and it is connected to my network, Also i have reduced my router to 2.4G for the wifi signal. Also the router is about a foot from the Tv.

@Liana.m Keep IPv4 enabled, but just to confirm, does your TV lose connection occasionally or does it not connect at all?
Thank you! I will try it- so it says it is connected this lasts seconds then by the time I’ve come out of the wifi options it says there’s no connection. So it lasts seconds then drops out
Try tethering to a hotspot or using Ethernet to better understand the problem
I'd say if you confirm this happens regardless of the network you're using, contact Sony support and log a ticket with them about the issue.
Has anyone found a fix? I started having this problem a couple of days ago as well, today it got to a point where the TV is unusable.

try to set the TV so it pulls the network time. This usually solves frequent disconnects.
