How do I make the internal memory or/and the memory card PRODUO of my DCR-SX30 HANDYCAM Read/Write (RW) so i can make changes from my PC directly? (E.G. I want to use an UNDELETE software for

videos that were accidentally erased). Please help. Thanks. Antony.

Hi Antony, welcome to the Sony Forums

The card itself should be RW by default. The best/safest way is to remove it from the camera and use a card reader, then run the appropriate recovery software from your PC.
