Problem slow motion videos with PayMemories Home

Hi there,

Looking for some help, please!! I've got a Sony CamcorderHDR-CX190 and I use Playmemories Home a VAIO VGN-FJ3S/W. Problem: when I read the videos, the images are in slow motion, and not synchronized with the sound. I tried to change the program, but find one suitable for m2ts format... I also tried to increase the lenght of videos, nothing has changed. Is there anyone who has met that problem? Thanks for your help.

Hello Debby971 - Welcome to the Sony Forums

Do the videos appear normally when you watch them on the built in screen before transferring them to a computer?

If the problem is only happening when the clips are on your VAIO, it may be worth checking the video with another m2ts reader. As far as I am aware, these video files can be viewed with the free VLC Player software. If your files do not play correctly at first, you will need to go to the 'Preferences' menu, select 'Input and Codecs' and then when you see the drop down menu for 'Skip H.264 in-loop deblocking filter', select 'All'.

Thanks,

Simon
