Sony Camera - HDR-TG3E - Problem with merging videos using cameras menu.

Dear all.

For the past few months I cannot merge HD videos nor by manual selection or date (written with my camera HDR-TG3E) using camera menu.

This feature was working prefectly in the past. I reset the camera with no results.

Does anybody has faced the same problem? Any advise?

If all of the above suggestions haven't worked for you so far, I would advise you to contact Sony Customer Services to see if they can identify the potential fault with the camera. If it is something that requires a repair, they will also be able to give your further information about this.
