Hi kelpat,

welcome to Questions & Answers..:smileyhappy:

The following should help you to deactivate Demo Mode on the Reader..

Follow these steps to activate or deactivate Demo Mode on the Reader Wi-Fi:

  1. Gently press the Reset button with a bent-open paper clip.

  2. Press the power button on the bottom of the reader to turn it on.

  3. While is being displayed, press and hold the Previous and Back buttons.

  4. Once the Home screen is displayed, wait at least five seconds and then release the Previous and Back buttons.

Could I suggest to all that it is always a good idea to scroll down looking at titles of posts to see if a similar - if not identical - post has been made ? It can save you time if you're lucky !

Sadly, I've found the Search facility here is ....useless?every time I've tried to use it !

This time I searched for "Demo mode/demo/demonstration mode/ demonstation/ ... you get the picture !

But, remembering an earlir post, I scrolled - and ye shall find ....
