Sorry if this is not the right place for this topic but I couldn't find another way to contact Sony support
I have bought two lenses eligible for £100 and £50 cash back respectively and when I entered the details to claim back the cashback, the website shows an error that the purchase hasn't happened within the offer period.
This is obviously wrong, as i bought them in July.
Could any one from Sony help me with this please?
