UBP-X800

I have just brought a Sony UBP-X800 player and linked it to a HT ST5000 sound bar. And still do not get Dolby Atmos when I log onto netflicks.  If I use my PC linked to the sound bar Netflicks works fine with atmos .

I have adjusted the audio setting as suggested on youtube; BD audio Mixer off!

Done a complete factory reset and adjusted the Mixer setting to off again and still no Atmos

Is there anything I am doing wrong with the player?

Thanks for the reply.

Just a thought....I checked with Netflixs to see what devices are compatible  for their dolbyAtmos  releases and see that the UBP-X800 is not listed at the moment.

Could this be the reason I am not able to get atmos on netflixs via the blu-ray player X800

I also found a link by Netflix that lists devices that support Atmos and the X800 is not listed there yet:

So I think this is normal until Netflix introduce native support on the platform.
