I cannot redeem the two 4k movies promotion, it's simply no showing up in the Google Play Movies & TV

Have you only had the TV a day or two?

Has it completed any updates?

Sometimes it can take a little while to catch up.

However I would still contact Sony Support

and they will be able to help.
