Soundbar

I bought a Sony Bravia TV on Friday ,the KD-49XE7002  , and was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent sound bar that’s reasonably priced?

that depends on how you define "reasonably priced" 

There are many good soundbars, yet you need to be a little bit more specific.

Is 2.0 sufficient or do you need rear speakers as well to get 5.0 sound. How about a subwoofer as well?

I personally own the HT-RT3 and I am very happy with it. I though use it without the rear speakers currently, since I moved the sound system to another room where I don't have any option to mount the rear speakers.
