Greetings to all gurus!
I would need to record a component output on my Sony RDR-HXD870.
A dedicated converter (downscaler) from component to S-video or video input on Line 2 (front panel) gives quite a poor resolution / image quality.
Any chance of skipping the signal conversion using the only other available input of the RDR (SCART1)? if so, what kind of signal / cable should I be looking for?
