Hey there, I have a problem with my L1. The storage on my device is full but I only have 14 apps downloaded and all of these are on my 64gig sd card , there is still 43gig of available space on my sd card and despite this I haven't been able to find a way to make my sd card default storage. I have deleted all the cache data for every app and have transferred all photos, music and downloaded files to my sd card but still it says the internal storage is full. I'm really at my wits end and have no clue as to how to remedy this issue as I have tried everything I can think of, I even factory reset the device about a week ago for this exact reason and 1 week later the problem persists. Please help, any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks ☺️
I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but there isn't a way to set the SD card as the default storage; with that said, you can transfer all the pictures, videos and music files to the SD card; Don't forget to:
Open the camera > settings > storage > SD card.
I move large databases (such as maps) to the SD card, but when an update to the database comes for the map program it loads right back into the internal shared memory.
What we really need is to be able to have the system adopt SD card memory, as is possible in Android 6. I haven't found a way yet to make Android 7 (Nougat) do that Any suggestions? 0
