M4 Ram issue, shows only 883 MB...

Hi, My m4 after update to andro 6 shows only 883 MB Ram... it has 2 GB Ram memory, why is not the whole memory working? Its not all, my front camera is not working and the system is working really slow... I allready have repaired my smartphone via Xperia Center but the issue still occures. Don't write to me that I should go to the local servis, because that is the last thing that I will do. There must be any solution...

Hi Everyone, very sorry to hear that.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I am sorry to say that I can only refer you to have your device sent to an authorized service center in order to have it examined by a technician. I wish I could help you with this, but I am only familiar with Swedish service routines, warranty terms and consumer laws, so I recommend getting in touch with your Local support in order to be assisted with this.

I also experienced the same thing in android 6.0 ram reduced samai not enough 1 gb please what happened ..? Anyone have an explanation and there can give a solution ??

I am very sorry to hear about that @Surti9503, and I understand that you do not wish to get in touch with your Local support and have the device sent to service - but there is not much else I can recommend.

The problem is Sony won't acknowledge anything. They should admit that they have faulty products like the M4 Aqua. And if they care about their loyal customers, they should at least announce something regarding the issue so everybody can move on from this.

I understand it may be frustrating to experience something like this, but the information I have is that it would be best to have the device delivered to an authorized service center so that a technician may have a look at it.

I have the same problem exposed in the forum. My Xperia M4, which has 2 GB of RAM, only shows 883 MB. For what is this? I already tried the reboot through Xperia Companion and it does not work. The system is too slow and can not work. I went to the center of attention that they gave me and they did not do anything, they did not even check it! Your answer, buy another cell phone, this one is two years old. Answer too stupid in my opinion! What option do you give me? Where can I send it to be check?
