M4 Ram issue, shows only 883 MB...

Hi, My m4 after update to andro 6 shows only 883 MB Ram... it has 2 GB Ram memory, why is not the whole memory working? Its not all, my front camera is not working and the system is working really slow... I allready have repaired my smartphone via Xperia Center but the issue still occures. Don't write to me that I should go to the local servis, because that is the last thing that I will do. There must be any solution...

Looks like i spoke too soon.. i was re-installing and updating the apps when my M4 blue screened..
It hasn't been up since.. it goes to blue screen righ after the white sony startup screen. What is the solution. Sony experia devices had heating essue also it is too bad for sony mobile munufectuting deffect
