now i've seen on XDA it's about 734MB...so it's ok..it's strange that on PTCRB there are no signs of it...

Oh crap and 734 MB too much for a bug fixing update looks like Sony modified the whole 4.3 firmware.

Aaaannnd in the UK? Absolutely nothing.

It looks like unbranded devices have almost exclusively got it first this time. I can only see a couple of branded.
